HOW IT WORKS:
It is an intimate group of international women who will meet LIVE for 2 Hours every week for 4 weeks with homework assignments weekly. (ALL the sessions will be recorded and given at the end, so don’t worry if you can’t attend all four weeks.)

Amy Selbach is an international entrepreneur and brand builder on a mission to rebrand fear and its potential as fuel for fast progress. Much of her career was spent marketing nations for foreign investment and tourism. She has lived and worked in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe. She has interviewed and conducted research in 12 emerging markets with 100s of heads of state, foreign ministries and international CEOs.
She is the creator of the 20 Seconds of Insane Courage Podcast where she researches and discusses the themes of fear, courage and the pivotal moments that make up the stories of our lives and brands.
She has owned both brick and mortar businesses in fitness and hospitality in Kenya’s international hub and capital city, Nairobi, and owns an online education and consulting company at www.amyselbach.com.
For the last 23 years, she has built brands for countries, companies and non-profits. She now helps entrepreneurs start, reinvent and build strong brands and stories through “Incubator workshops” and her proprietary “Story-led Brand Method” ®.
Amy’s passion for the intersection of courage and fear is a result of several pivotal events during her international career. Amy worked in Africa during the Ebola epidemic, worked from boats in Indonesia during the 2004 Tsunami Crisis and malaria outbreaks, and survived a terrible case of Cholera in a Kenyan hospital. In 2013 her family endured a massive terrorist attack in a shopping mall where her husband was inside while managing restaurants they owned.
Overnight they lost their businesses and had to start over. A subsequent PTSD diagnosis prompted her to undergo EMDR therapy and find tools to rebuild her confidence and find courage again.
She speaks and trains entrepreneurs, executives and organizations on:

We will be using an online Zoom conference to meet. All it requires is the click of a button. You will all see and interact with each other using video conferencing. After you register, I will be sending you a email immediately telling you what you what you need to download. These are simple tools that do not require tech savvy. 1. Will I get my $ worth?

2. Do I have to know certain technology to be able to participate in this course?
The short answer is NO. The video conference system I am using simply involves clicking a LINK and downloading Zoom which is just like Skype.
No tech at all is used for our in-person sessions in San Diego.
3. What if I have to miss a session?
No problem! A lot of our work will be offline and I will be giving you guys a way to communicate with each during the course of the 4 weeks. The beauty of this new format is I can record the sessions so you won’t truly miss it!
4. What if I think I want to start something but I have a lot of ideas still?
This is perfect for clarifying an idea and direction to move forward with. But I will encourage you to test out just ONE idea for the duration of the 4 weeks. But you will be given exercises to help clarify what this one direction should be.
5. I have an existing business but have lost my compass and am feeling really unmotivated and uninspired in my business. Can the Spark Incubator help?

6. I know the business I want to start but I don’t know how to take the first steps. I am afraid of not having a secure income and an uncertain outcome?
What I can say about this is that entrepreneurship does not have to involve ANY risk. That’s right I said ANY. Of course it involves pushing yourself out of your comfort zone but there are ways to guarantee success before you start with little or no overhead.
